Remove all wrapping and packaging to allow the flowers to breathe properly. Always use a clean vase washed thoroughly with warm water and soap to help prevent bacteria. Re-cut the stems by approximately 2–3 cm (1 inch) at a 45-degree angle before placing them into water. This helps the flowers absorb water more effectively. Use sharp scissors, secateurs, or a knife when trimming stems to avoid crushing the delicate water channels inside. Add the provided flower food into fresh water. This helps nourish the flowers while keeping the water cleaner for longer. For best results, refresh the water every 2–3 days and keep flowers away from direct sunlight, radiators, and fresh fruit.

Yes, as with our hat box selection: Our hat box arrangements are designed with a hidden water source using floral foam or a securing net placed inside a protective waterproof container. Your arrangement already contains water upon arrival; however, we recommend checking the water level every 2-3 days. Simply wash your hands and gently touch inside the arrangement to feel the moisture level, or carefully move the flowers slightly to check the water inside. After a few days, you may add the flower food provided at the bottom of your hat box into fresh water and carefully top up the arrangement.
